Matter of fact, this is my favorite restaurant. I’ve tried many different Japanese-style restaurants around the Twin Cities and greater metro area. So I feel locally qualified to say, Oishii is top- notch. Some of the best Japanese food you’re gonna find in Minnesota.”

“Stopped in at Neisen's last Wednesday night to check out and scout the talent on their karaoke night. Excellent joint, large and spacious. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable drink and food prices.

Ordered a club sandwich with fries and it was absolutely delicious. Sandwich was toasted just right and lots of meat and veggie in between the perfectly toasted bread. Asked to have the french fries made crispy and they totally met the mark, golden brown crispy and not burnt. Tons and tons of parking.

“I tried Que Taco for the first time..the location in New Hope off of Bass Lake Road. The handmade tortillas are excellent and the Pozole as one of the best I have had...very authentic. It was so good we went back the next day to try the chilaquiles and machete. All very good!”

“This Caribou has lots of parking, since it's in a strip mall. Convenient location, next to T-Mobile. Comfy seating. Counters, garbages and displays were clean. Food in the cases looked fresh and very tempting! Kaitlyn was friendly and really helpful with suggestions for non coffee drinks! My issue is I don't remember what it was called, or how to order it next time, so I hope she's working when I visit again! Haha”

“Been here several times and it’s always excellent. Beef with broccoli, Kung Pao beef, Seafood Galaxy, and other dishes have all been very tasty. The staff is super nice and service is always great. I’d happily give this place five stars, but the dumplings missed the mark — they tasted more like something from the frozen aisle than made in-house. Still, everything else has been spot on, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.”

“The clases are awesome, the gym floor has great equipment, the installations/pool/bathrooms/outdoor pool are good too, the personal is awesome. The big down side is that they switched the kids club hours and they close at 7pm mostly everyday, why do the offer a class from 6:30pm to 7:30 pm if they are going to make me pick up my kid at 7pm and missed half of my class. Really sad that this is happening. But why do they do that to working parents and the only time to have time for themself is late afternoon/night. The kids club personal is awesome tho. “This location is leagues ahead of the Burnsville, MN restaurant -- which is absolutely horrid. Food/service at the Savage location was excellent -- and I actually got my order and didn't have to wait 30 mins for it like I would at the Burnsville location. Avoid the Burnsville location -- highly recommend this location in Savage.”

“Our Review of Crooked Pint Ale House Beer 0 0 Food: 10/10

We stopped by Crooked Pint for the first time while passing through town. My husband found the beer selection disappointing—it leaned heavily toward IPAs, making the options feel unbalanced. He would have preferred a broader variety, particularly more brown and amber ales.

Service was slow, but since we weren’t in a rush, it wasn’t a major issue.

The real star of the experience? The food. We started with an appetizer of poutine—waffle fries topped with cheese curds, bacon pieces, mozzarella, covered in rich brown gravy. Without a doubt, the best poutine we’ve ever had. If you go, do yourself a favor and order this—you won’t regret it. I’ll be dreaming about that poutine for weeks.

For my entrée, I chose the Asian pork tacos. They were bursting with flavor, packed with cabbage, pico, roasted corn, cheese, fried tortilla strips and cilantro. After the first bite, I told my husband they were the best tacos I've ever eaten. To wrap it up - great food, disappointing beer selection and slow service. But the poutine and pork tacos? Absolutely unforgettable.”
