Service is on par with other locations, but I dread coming here during anything that resembles busy hours due to the horrible parking lot.The drive thru line blocks one entrance/exit, with only a paltry number of spots for the volume this location does. People park in the yellow areas all the time, even when spots are open. Can hardly blame them because if you do park in a spot you are often at the mercy of the drive thru as to when you can actually leave.You know it's bad when the business across the street has to post a ban on parking there. They really should have moved this location by now, worked out an agreement for more spots, or worst case redo it so there is no seating to keep people moving through.

The blond roast is frequently rancid because they hoard the beans even though they are delivered weekly. For four bucks they should throw the old ones out every week. There's no excuse for this.Edit: been getting the medium roast because of the staleness problem, but it seems to have reached these beans, too. I'm done with this place.

The grilled cheese was fine. The cashier and baristas are friendly and nice, greeted me.I dined in, not very clean for a pretty slow starbucks around 5pm.Drink was not good, gave a 3 star for "okay". I will attach a photo. I ordered an iced decaf Americano with salted cream (that is suppose to sit on top of the drink)Like a Caramel Salted Cream Cold Brew, except instead if cold brew, it's an Americano.What I got, quoting the barista "This is an Americano but the cream that got broken in there."I was in a good mood so I just left it, but what I got was a watered down Decaf Americano with mixed foam? And then a layer of foam sitting on top. I think I got like 4 little melted ice cubes floating in this almost room temperature drink.If you're an avid coffee drinker you may not enjoy the quality. But if you're a regular that buys sugary drinks, then I'm sure it's fine.

I showed up today after hitting the “give me directions” option on the app after a mobile order. Turns out, the app took me to the wrong Starbucks! I was running late for work, and without a second thought, the gals working were quick to offer to make me whatever my order was, free of charge (given that I had paid through the app, just to the wrong Starbucks!) They had my exact order to me (food and craft drink) within 3 minutes!!! This is my new favorite Starbucks and I have never had such great service. I called the other Starbucks that had my order ready so they could pass along the good karma and give the drink and food to someone else. Thanks again!!!

I ordered the Vanilla Bean Crème Frappaccino and it is to die for. So delicious! The drive thru service was speedy and the lady who took my order was extremely friendly! So kind. I recommend this location!

This is the best coffee shop I will go if I want to get a cup of coffee but only until today and then I was charged my mind the reason the reason because when I was asking them I was need to redeem the star to get the free bag of the bean and then I was waiting for about 5 minutes on the sunny day and then they are telling me Sorry about that we are not able to redeem my star.that make me not very happy about it
