Normally have a good experience with this location, but this past one was horrible. Ordered online and was told food should be ready by 7:35, arrived at 7:35 to find they hadn’t even started making it yet. There were two employees actually working, the others were sitting there talking to what appeared to be friends that had met them at the shop. Food was ready 20 minutes late. Ordered online for 1:00 for pickup. Watched multiple cars go through drive thru while waiting. Called at 1:00 to see if order was done. They said it was done. (Straight up lie) Waited until 1:20 and called back again and they said it was done. Lol also a lie. At 1:30 the female employee came out with the bag torn open saying sorry she ripped the sealed bag. That made me skeptical because I had already complained. Very impressed by my experience here. Great customer service even during lunch rush! Every staff member was upbeat and very polite while still moving with a sense of urgency. A minor error was corrected quickly and apologized for sincerely. Food was hot and tasted great. I will be back!
