Great service and super friendly staff. Older woman was a superb help. They had a coffee machine emergency (water flowing everywhere from a machine) while I was there, and she handled it expertly and calmly. She also handled the waiting customers expertly. Big kudos to her.The green blended Matcha (with bubbles and shot of espresso) was delicious and made very quickly. The turkey Asiago bagel was also good. A+

This store wasnt closing for thirty five minutes and mind you it's a coffee shop. They didn't have a medium roast for me. And they weren't going to make any more. Smh Don't these stores have ways of making one cup of coffee? Smh One star for Carter at Caribou coffee in Shakopee.

Nothing but great experiences here, my orders never fail to be made to perfection.When you order extra of something, you will receive what you order.There has been a couple times where I order the wrong item through the mobile app, and they swiftly fix my orders/replace my mistake on their behalf.Will continue to go to this specific caribou because as mentioned above, nothing but good things to say about this location.
