This is my favorite Jimmy John's to order from by far. The sandwiches can be a little inconsistent that's why I gave one star off on service. For the most part however I would say at least 90% + they hit the mark and the sandwiches are delicious! Stellar sandwich artists at this location!

Service was very bad, was asked to be perks member so signed up. But when you order they do not ask if your a member, so you don't get points or whatever they give you. Good food though.

We popped in for lunch on a quiet Labor Day Weekend and found this amazing crew of guys slamming out the sandwiches so fast it would make your head spin. It's not far off U.S. Highway 169 in Shakopee, although not visible from the highway. Lots of other food choices nearby if you are just passing through.

Twice in a row they have messed my order. Last time they forgot a whole sandwich and their phones didn't work. I had to drive there to get it and no reimbursement for the delivery charges or anything. Thanks for sucking

Just went here on the way to the hospital today to visit my grandmother. ordered a Pepe no mayo add mustard,add onion. When I got to the hospital I opened my sandwich to eat And what I got was NOT what I ordered. I got a pepe with lettuce and tomato no onion. When I called to talk to somebody at the restaurant I called twice and let it rIng at least 30 times both times and no one answered. Pretty convenient for you Jimmy John. Big disappointment for me the customer.

I was excited to try a new wrap, but the second I opened it, it went everywhere. The tortilla was so dried out I don’t know how they even got it wrapped to start with. I’m in my car, in town for sports so no utensils or anything. No way to eat it at all.Everyone else’s sandwiches were made well.

Delivery takes forever, they warn you in the app, and they are right to do so. You could make and eat dinner yourself before they bring the sandwich. If you're hungry, make a snack right after you call. You will need it.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. We had a good experience with this Jimmy John's. Our sandwich were solid and met our expectations just like any other Jimmy johns we've been to.
