“Great Customer Service visited there with my son as he took me out to lunch and heard about this spot. The minute we walked in it smelled so good and the customer service was great a young lady who said she's been there a year or so was so welcoming. I was able to try their barbecue sauce that is homemade and it was delicious. Overall food, customer service and cleanness it was a 11/10 I would so recommend as it's a great mom & pops spot.“

“If roast beef if your thing, then check out Maverick’s!! It’s definitely some good quality meat and it’s fun to try all their sauces as well!Went with a friend and ordered a roast beef sandwiches, fries, and Mac n cheese. The wait was not long, service was great and there were lots of sauces to choose from such as some different jerk sauces we tried with the roast beef.The sandwiches were good, but at the end of the day it was just a bun and roast beef. Don’t get me wrong, the roast beef was tender, and the buns were perfect, but there wasn’t really anything unique or adding to it besides the different sauces. Fries were solid, tasted great, and the Mac & cheese was pretty good but nothing extraordinary.We agreed that the prices were pretty steep for the amount of food, and we were both still hungry after the meal, hence the 4-star review. They’ve got a ton of other options though, and I will probably be back to try something new!“

“BBQ brisket had great flavor, was moist and held the sauce well. BBQ Sauce (hot) had good flavor with a nice kick. Was really thick so that was nice not having a super drippy/messy sandwich. Pickles are just standard DILL and the sides tasted good (smoked white cheddar Mac and Cole slaw) If you order a side portion of sticky rice it comes with 2 heaping piles of delicious steamed sticky rice. Hmong pepper sauce is a great addition that levels up the spice even a little more! Great on the sandwich and rice.“

“I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I went for the current special, Cuban sandwich, but they were sold out for the day. So I ordered a shredded beef arepa and it was awesome! Very flavorful and tender meat. I gotta say, it doesn't look all that big but the amount of beef in there was super generous and I couldn't finish the whole thing. Got a side of yuca fries and those were great as well. Will definitely be back!“

“Absolutely excellent BBQ, it's what you would expect from a Texas smokehouse but it's in MN. Smoked ribs and brisket were juicy with a perfect level of seasoning and smoke. Fall off the bone but but not mushy. Sides were on point with crispy fries and a slaw that had the perfect balance of dressing , acid and crunch. I highly recommend this place.Keep hours in mind as they are open later in the day on most weekdays.“

“We order from Black Market because the food is amazing. Yesterday we hosted a 40 person couples baby shower (BaByQ) and served Black Market brisket, ribs, mac&cheese and of coyrse their amazing beans (almost more meat than beans). The shower was successful and people raved about the food!! Jill was so wonderful to work with throughout the process. What an extraordinary experience!!“

“It was amazing my first time and it lived up to everything everyone said. The rolls and cinnamon butter are amazing ? ?. I had the steak and ribs with mashed potatoes (cheese, sour cream, and bacon) along with a side Caesar salad. My waiter was very attentive and helpful for our first visit!! I got to watch somebody celebrate their birthday and the staff did a cute rodeo line dance!! It's definitely the place I want to have my birthday dinner. The steak was very tender, onions perfectly smothered, and the ribs fell off the bone no joke!!!“

“Went on a Sunday around 1pm. Was seated right away. Huge menu with lots of things to choose from. The food description was well written so it's easy to order what you want. I really like that there's a variety of dishes from pho, appetizers and stir fries even seafood boil.There's a cute photo backdrop bench at the front entry for those that like taking photos. The customer service was great. Definitely coming back to try the other food items. ?“

The Owner was so friendly and provided amazing service! But the real reason to come here is the Chicken! LOVE the Galbi, Gang-Jeong, and Secret Sauce flavors. “This is by far the best Dickey’s Barbecue Pit I have ever had. I have been to a few and this is just a special place. The meats are always juicy and everything is fresh. I highly recommend stopping into the Eagan location. Also, they do catering! Graduations and Wedding season is almost here. I know I’m getting this catered for a girls night in June!“
