While I miss the little shop inside the mall was so convenient I LOVE the Crossroads location. They are always friendly and greet me when I come in even when they are busy. I never have to wait long to place or pick up my order. They are very helpful when I want to redeem my perks and offer suggestions on new combinations.
I come to this caribou every single morning. I order the same exact drink. Extra large espresso. The staff her remember me and are very nice. Today I went to the cash wise location in Waite park and had a very horrible experience. I ordered two extra large espressos and when I got them I was disappointed. Hi can someone get to the bottom of this problem please: The mint condition mocha has changed and I cannot put my finger on it but it did not change for the better at this store. Was the ingredient sheet changed? When I go to the other caribous the mint condition mocha still tastes great/the same. But I don’t go thru the drive thru at this store anymore since something is off. This is my favorite drink
