Coffee is on the top list of favorite things. Fast cars, sports, strawberry shortcake, peaches, and coffee. Not in that order. So my opinion of good coffee should be taken with a grain of salt. LOVE CARIBOU coffee. Taste good. Smells good. Comes in good quality paper cups with sleeves so one doesn't burn his/her flanges. OMG! I'm pumping the brakes but there's nothing there!?!

Hi can someone get to the bottom of this problem please: The mint condition mocha has changed and I cannot put my finger on it but it did not change for the better at this store. Was the ingredient sheet changed? When I go to the other caribous the mint condition mocha still tastes great/the same. But I don’t go thru the drive thru at this store anymore since something is off. This is my favorite drink

While I miss the little shop inside the mall was so convenient I LOVE the Crossroads location. They are always friendly and greet me when I come in even when they are busy. I never have to wait long to place or pick up my order. They are very helpful when I want to redeem my perks and offer suggestions on new combinations.

Please STOP BEGGING FOR TIPS!!I was here 6 months ago and wrote a review saying stop making your employees ask for tips and I see management deleted it LOL.As a former server, it’s super uncomfortable. Don’t make your staff keep asking people to answer “one little question” let people offer and move on. Plus no one wants to touch that disgusting machine.Do better.
They never put my perks number in, or they ask for it but the points never show up. A lot of times they say they will add it at the end. They definitely don’t.

Go to the other caribou if you can.. these people never get my drink right and it’s not that difficult.. I always ask for light ice and they give me more it seems ? also asked for half the sweetness and they gave me none. For how much the drinks are it is very upsetting.
