If you truly want to master the art of eating at Mongo's, you have to learn how to stack your bowl correctly.Always ensure that you find the largest, most square pieces of frozen meat and use them to create a wall to elongate and widen your bowl. It is a build your own bowl. Buffet style to build a bowl and then watch them cook it in front of you. The cooks looked like they were having fun. Lots of choices for what you want to eat. There are a lot of sauces to finish out. Overall, great food and great atmosphere. First time for me, I'll be going back!
