First thing I noticed was they kept the fresh squeezed juice... YAY!!!! I enjoy a variety of cocktails, but a screwdriver with fresh OJ is near the top of my list. So big thanks for that.

I was perusing the menu and it didn't take long for me to notice the lasagna w/side salad. I am a lasagna hound and snob, and have tried it at many establishments over the years. This offering was outstanding, perhaps my favorite (not made by my wife, of course).

P. S. we used to boat on the river and visited Stillwater a lot, but not since COVID. Howard's has been on our radar for a while. Hearing more about it at the Wits Reunion show at the Fitzgerald motivated us to get it done.”

“I’ve had warm lobster rolls from 4 places in Boston and 2 places in Wisconsin, and DJ’s in Stillwater beats all of them! They have the biggest, freshest pieces of lobster and perfectly toasted bread. The shrimp po’boy was also great. Highly recommend this place!”

The comfortable seating & light music make it a great place for a date or gathering with friends. And, prices are reasonable. We each had 2 cocktails and split the generous cheese platter for $100. “Great food, great service, great staff. We had the fungi burger, tavern burger, pomme frites, dipping sauces(they have a lot), and French onion soup. Everything was perfectly cooked, hot, juicy, crispy, and delicious. Our server was Kendall and she was well informed on the specials and the menu, she was polite and friendly and remembered our orders and asked the right questions. All around impressive.”

“Went there for Townie Tuesday. Every week a different cause is supported from purchases of pints, crowlers and growlers. This week it was the Stillwater Public Library. Head over there Tuesdays to support local no-profits. Beer was great as always and had an enjoyable chat with the barkeep.”

Egg rolls, huge, could be a meal
Cheese wontons, so much cream cheese
Chicken fried rice, fresh with lots of chicken
General Tso’s chicken, lots of fresh veggies and a nice kick
Kung Pao chicken, perfect spice level and tons of veggies
The prices are responsible and portions are generous. Don’t sleep on this one!”

“Were there last Saturday night with friends for dinner and the festivities outside. Had a great time and very impressed with the service. Some of our party were very late (got lost), but the server and host both were very accommodating. It's been years since we've been there from out-of-state, but thought both the food and event were great. Only small criticism, get a band that plays mostly German songs - don't need to hear oldies from this country at German event (e.g. Neil Diamond?).”

Spicy, crunchy, and the fish and crab were excellent quality. Good portion of Wasabi on the side. The saki options offered were great as well. Sitting at the sushi bar is a fun and entertaining experience. Great sushi chefs and great servers.”

“I love stopping at Bruegger’s for a bagel sandwich. My go to is the Siracha Honey Sunrise. It is delicious. This location appears to stay pretty clean and the staff are always helpful and nice! I would highly recommend.”

The are a number of 15 minute parking spots right out front and a handicapped parking space a bit further down, but with wheelchair access to the sidewalk there.”

Order came out super quick and I haven’t had any reason to complain at all! And this includes all the workers there. They know how to do their stuff and they do it really well! Appreciate you guys! “I stopped in here today, a cold wet December lunchtime, and got an absolutely wonderful bowl of hot and sour soup. The flavors were perfect… it was fresh tasting with a great balance of hot and sour and a lot of tofu; it was just delightful. So delightful in fact that I got the Thai basil chicken and took it home for dinner (-: Just finished having that for supper and it also was awesome! Service was prompt and very polite, the restaurant was immaculately clean and the menu was broad. I asked another couple who were there having Pho, and they said it was always fantastic, so I will be going back regularly. There’s nothing more warming and comforting than a big bowl of pho on a cold winter day!”

“I love going to Carbone's pizzeria in Stillwater Minnesota. They have a potluck breakfast during the Vikings 8:30 a.m. European games. They give out free purple Jello shots every time the Minnesota Vikings score a touchdown during all season games. Kudos to the Jello shot girl, Jenna. Carbone's has top-notch pizza and they just added BBQ pork ribs as a special, $14.99. I always have a super fun time that Carbone's.”

“Five stars isn't enough! We ordered 15 pizzas for an event in Bayport, and we asked that they arrive in two shifts so we didn't have to worry so much about keeping them hot. The nice folks at The Grand were happy to make that happen for us! They were super kind, incredibly accommodating, and impressively prompt! They made our event super easy and wonderfully delicious! We have always thought they had the best pizza in town, but they also have the best staff!”

The wait time was not terribly long. (Although past times I’ve been here, the wait has been long. The drive through typically takes a while😅) There was plenty of seating options available and the place was kept fairly clean! My dining experience at Culver’s was top notch! I will definitely be coming back to this Culver’s on a regular basis!I totally recommend coming here! There was also a lot of parking!”
