Really nice place and good looking food. The only thing was that I didn't know that the only vegetarian option had bell peppers, which I'm allergic to. Not in a fatal way, just in an uncomfotably bloated and nauseous way. When I told the staff, they were unbelievably kind about it and helped me find another option. I've been to pancheros all over the metro area and always had a great experience at the Stillwater location! Always great service and even better burritos. Haven't been to a different chain burrito joint in years ?

This Pancheros is great! Well constructed burritos with the best overall ingredients (including a hand pressed tortilla) in the fast casual burrito game. Ordering online is as easy as it gets, so for quick weekday dinners it's been a game changer. I know looking at the big 3, Pancheros might not get the same credit as some others.. but it should. Overall it's more consistently good at a slightly lower price. 10/10 would recommend
