I ordered an ice cream cake for my son weeks in advance online. Two days before I was to pick it up, I tried calling the facility several times and even left voicemails. no one answered the many phone calls or returned by voicemail to call me back. The day before, I did the same thing...still no one could be bothered to answer the many phone call attempts or still return my voicemail messages. The day the cake was to be picked up, I sent my husband to get it. The cake was supposed to have a Super Mario picture on it with a "happy birthday, (name)" on it. Instead, what we got was a generic cake with only a "happy birthday" on it. Not even my sons name on it. It was as if they didn't get the order and just gave us a spare cake they had on hand. If they would've just answered their phones, this could have been avoided. I highly recommend ordering cakes only in person so at least you can talk to a person face to face to make sure the order is correct. Plan on not being able to call them either, as they do not answer or return any messages. Big disappointment.

The blizzards are very good the workers are very nice and caring don't hesitate to stop by and get some ice cream or smoothies .

Ordered a peanut buster parfait tonight and it was a total mess. It was melted, dripping down the sides. They made three blizzards for the family behind me before i got my parfait. The young teen boy that made it slammed it down on the counter and walked off without acknowledging the sloppiness. Total waste of money.
