Went to Emma's food truck in desperate need of sustenance after visiting Gooseberry Falls with the family. Between us we ordered the chicken shawarma, steak burrito, egg rolls, fries, and the super ultimate nachos. i will review each item in order. Chicken shawarma: tender chicken, tender sauce, served in tortilla which was an interesting choice. Steak burrito: best mexican in twin harbors. Egg rolls: a little greasy but got the job done. The owner, Emma, is an outstanding host, the food was fresh and tasty, the prices were very reasonable - I would definitely recommend Emma’s Kitchen (food truck) as a place to grab your next meal.

Delightful cooking! We've experienced Emma's cooking before realizing she had a food truck, but the food is wonderful at the truck. Egg rolls loaded with cabbage and carrots, panko-crusted cheese curds, freshly-fried fries and steaming shawarma. One of the better food trucks in the region, and good for the price at that! It's worth it if you catch her truck stopped somewhere.
