I love this location! They make my drink delicious every time and I think the manager is super nice. She remembers my name and welcomes me every time she sees me. The people working here are always having a really good time while they work and it's fun to listen to while I wait for my order. Caribou coffee doesn't write on cups and food so you just have to actually pay attention and wait for your order at the pickup spot but they always call the name out so I don't have issues...read full review
I've visited this location often during the December holidays in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022.This location has exceptional staff each year. Their speed of service for delivering coffee + food is great! Even when the line is about out the door, you still get your coffee + food in hand within 10 minutes of you ordering. Coffee is always great and timely here.BUT...The floors, walls, and tables are always dirty. I come here about once a week in the morning right at opening, and, shockingly, they never take the time to clean before they open.
