Locally owned and a townie "must-do", don't miss cup & cone on your next trip to the WBL. The unassuming building is known to have a line throughout the open season. The soft serve is, of course, my go-to, but my dad loves to indulge in one of their freshly made sub sandwiches. Have your order ready because the line moves quicker than you expect!
The best ice cream in the Twin Cities. I've been coming here for 30 plus years. The same charm remains which is pleasant in today's world. Always a nostalgic moment when I come back to visit from Arizona.
