I was shocked at the managers reaction to me simply trying to tell home the bathroom was having an issue flushing. I wasn’t mad until he aggressively told me to just use a different bathroom. That wasn’t the point. I was merely trying to help him out. This is the 2nd time at the white bear LC and he is just rude!

I only had some cream cheese wontons and a beverage, but the wontons were not that great. Not enough cream cheese and too chewy.Uodate: I tried the wontons again with the same result. Too bad I didn't read my review first. I had the Peking chicken, and it was pretty good. Next time, I think I will try the cashew chicken so I get some veggies instead of just meat.

Stellar Customer service! I had the very best experience this evening picking up my Tuesday Bluesday dinner. Justin was so professional and customer focused from the moment he greeted me till he bid me a good evening! I ordered food to be delivered. The main course was not in the bag. I called the restaurant and they said I could come there and get it. I said I could not and he said he could then refund the price for that item. It has been 4 days and I have not received a refund yet. I've contacted their corporate office twice and I have not had any response. I believe when they charged me for delivery they were entering into a contract with me that they would deliver everything I paid for. It should not be my responsibility to go pick up the items they mistakenly left out.

Unfortunately, the food can be a hit or miss here. Sometimes it's hot and fresh, but too often it's cold and not as fresh as it could be. My cream cheese puffs were cold and a bit hard, but it still had good flavor. The workers have great customer service, and the restaurant is always clean and stocked. I'll still return because I do love their Bourbon Chicken!!!

Well for one, they're extremely old fashioned bigots here. The food is obviously fine, it's Leeann chinn, a child could make it. I purposefully ordered online to avoid interacting with anyone because my appearance always bothers people.. when simply grabbing my food, The young woman clearly had an issue with the fact I was intersex and couldn't give me any type of common courtesy. She gave me a ridiculously small portion of noodles. I mean like cmon I had to dig to the bottom to find one scoop of my chopsticks. I don't eat too much but if I'm paying 10 dollars I want a couple bits of noodles with my protein. I work hard for my money.But of course, intersexual (NOT trans) black girl, might as well be Shrek walking through the doors. If you're white, it's fine.If not, probably not.But maybe if you shuck and jive for them.Terrible experience.

You get what you pay for. Is it great authentic Chinese food? No. But it's good portions, filling, and tastes decent. People there provide prompt and friendly service.
Not terrible, not great. Ordered a side of dumplings along with an order of sesame chicken over brown rice. Dumplings were slimy and flavorless. Sesame chicken tasted good and was crispy but it was a mistake to pair it with brown rice. The portion of rice that was given was absurd, and was probably 3 portions worth which would have been fine if they sauced the chicken better.

The food is amazing, some of my favorite! It is salty and americanized so it can make you feel bloated and heavy after eating but I do it anyways. My favorite are their wontons. We had an awesome food server too! This is my go-to/favorite "Chinese" food place.Vegetarian options: I believe there is one vegetarian dish option. The rice and noodles should be fine as well. I'm not a vegetarian so take that with a grain of salt.
