A month ago I asked him about desserts and if he planned on getting any on the menu, yesterday the menu was updated and with new items along with 3 dessert options. Besides the fact that he's got a arsenal of new and old drinks memorized he's got you covered even if you don't know what you want,all you have to do is tell him the mood your in something fruity or strong drink/shot it doesn't matter.Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of swearing and plenty of t.vs playing all the games of the day. “We’ve been coming here for a few years and always enjoyed it. My review is for experience and gluten free options. We brought a friend up to the cities with us who is gluten free. I didn’t realize how hard it would be to find somewhere that had more than one option for her for a treat. I called here to confirm multiple options. SO HELPFUL and so friendly about our dietary restriction. When we got here we were met with the same great assistance from the phone. Thank you Torin! She got a fresh gluten free cupcake and freshly iced it for us. Obviously items still made with other gluten items but wasn’t necessary for our situation.“

“Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. This was probably the best executed chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. The veg was fresh, bun perfect and toasted, chicken was thick and cooked in clean oil. The fries were probably top 3 fries I've ever had in my life, they definitely know what they are doing. The loaded Brussel sprouts are unbelievable, and the Reuben is actually a chunk of roasted corned beef that brings this tasty sandwich to a whole new level. “I picked up some pizza and wings earlier tonight and they're both incredible. The staff are very friendly and the quality of food is superb. I had been looking for a places with good pizza and good hot wings and I feel like I struck gold because they're both in the same place.“

“I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.“

When I swang I felt like a monkey in The Amazon, and it brought me back to the days where I would cosplay as a monkey in my early 30s. “I had the absolute best customer service experience I've ever had in a fast food establishment. Upon entering, a tall man greeted me as he was clearing tables. The woman who took my order had a terrific smile and was sweet to me even when I changed my order. The female manager who had to correct the order I changed was super nice about it and had the previous woman immediately start making sandwiches to keep business moving along. When my order was ready I picked up the sandwiches and the tall man was right there next to me and handed me napkins before I even thought to ask. He continued walking around the restaurant cleaning, straightening chairs, picking up trash, cleaning the soda machine and filling the chips. I was very impressed with all the terrific service and cleanliness so I approached the tall man to tell him. He thanked me and also referred me to his manager, Sabi. The manager finished up taking an order and then removed his food prep apron and came around the counter to talk with me. I'm sure he was expecting a customer complaint since it's likely why most people want to speak to the manager, but I have nothing but praise for everyone at this restaurant. There is a stellar group of employees doing a great job.“
