“I asked for a Spicy Italian, Double the meat and cheese, cut it into 3rds, extra mayo, and for the sandwiches to please be labeled.I received a regular sandwich, cut in 2 pieces, and some extra mayo, not labeled (I ordered 2 total).I paid a lot for that sandwich due to the Double meat and cheese. You can imagine how pi$$ed off I was when I got home to this dinky, EXPENSIVE sandwich.I ordered though the app so I could swing by and pick it up quick so I wasn't able to correct the employee making it. I've never had issues at any other places with my order. This is my regular order that I eat every time.Vegetarian options: You could probably get a salad here“
“Entrance is shared with the bank. Go in and use door to immediate left. Expect the same here as any other location. Food is consistent. Bathrooms are clean. Location is a bit weird to get to. Need to drive through Cub parking lot or use 96 which is inconvenient. Parking is limited but I’ve never had an issue. Recently paved parking.“
“Best subway I've ever been to. The young lady (i beleive the nametag said Tiffany) making the sandwiches was super friendly, happy, fun, appreciative, grateful and extremely efficient. Her teammate at the till was just as effective and the communication amongst them was awesome to see. Felt like she was making a game out of it as I dined in. I heard her get pumped up about making 44 sandwiches over the noon hour with 15 minutes left. I sat there after I finished eating and counted the rush that came in in those last 15 minutes. According to my count; If there would've been 4 more customers they undoubtedly could've whipped out 60. A sandwich a minute! In n out. Pleasant. Awesome to see. Made my day and got me excited to go perform my job at such a high level! Give this girl a huge, huge raise. Double her pay and then give her more!! Subway should just give her her own franchise! Honestly. The lifeblood. Gift her the Maple Grove location cuz that one is in dire need of this! Maybe this is hers... I'm not sure, but either way, if her or her boss sees this... “This place is great, prices are reasonable, the roast beef is super tender, service is good and the store is clean,but I just want to take a moment to shout out the chicken wild rice. I’m a huge chicken wild rice soup fanatic and I can be a bit particular, but this is the best chicken wild rice soup I’ve I ever had. It has this depth of flavor I rarely see, like it’s kind of tangy with some sort of acidity? It kind of tastes like a hint of curry powder but not really?? Whatever it is it’s incredible.“

“I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.“

“Staff was super friendly. Two new people were getting trained in and they worked with them taking orders and making food very well. I also didn't know about how much I could customize my order until this visit. All in all I'm very happy I went to this location and my girl LOVES Jimmy John's!“
“If you want delicious food, do yourself a favor and head over. Their salad dressings are made from scratch and that's my favorite thing. The ranch is SOOO delicious! I haven't tried others but my sister and friends loved multiple other kinds. The soup and sandwiches are great, too. The desserts are great and they serve Northern Soda, which is a fun treat, too! I've gone here with multiple friends and relatives and everyone, even "hard to please at restaurants" think it's great!“
