Sometimes the service is inconsistent by the way they bag and had food out. Sometimes it'll be sealed and other time it will not be. Sometimes the staff are happy and sometimes they don't seem to care. Depending on the day and time you go and who is working... all play factors.
Me and my family love this KFC it's always been terrific, though I was disappointed this last weekend went in cuz I saw their dining area was open finally after covid-19 and found to my horror they've gotten rid of there buffet it's a sad day probably won't be spending as much time here without the buffet! I can only hope they'll bring it back at a future date

I love KFC! Their food is always hot & yummy. The wait time isn't bad. It's worth it if you want hot chicken. My favorite is the chicken bowl. Potatoes, corn, gravy & chicken. We tried the new chicken nuggets the last time. They were delicious, but in the box of nuggets, we got 3 nice size ones & 3 pieces of breading. I didn't think to bring them back. Sometimes to pay attention to in the future. Worth stopping & eating there.
