Usually very happy with JJs, but if you can, just skip this one. I'll start with we have food allergies so we don't eat out much but the Unwhich fits the restrictions and is a healthier fast food so that's where we go, Willmar location won't see me again. I understand my risks when eating out but cross contamination is an industry standard for a reason. My son and I picked up dinner. There were 4-5 employees working but no one was in the restaurant. We were not greeted when we arrived. One of the employees took our order and immediately went back to what she was doing. Our sandwiches were made very quickly. My son appreciated one of the employees holding the door for him and complemented his shirt. The sandwiches were delicious.

We are frequent visitors to this location. Usually not one to complain especially on a review but we have not got what we ordered multiple trips. Very frustrated to order pickles and hot peppers on a sub on MULTIPLE occasions and be let down often after leaving the drive through. Each time the pickles and hot peppers are listed on the receipt, so we know that they are just rushing and overlooking what people are actually ordering.
