Had to get a substitution on my order which was good, however, the only thing warm on my plate was the substitute (broccoli). My turkey & the mashed potatoes were cold. Our waitress was friendly and kind. I basically wanted wanted her to let the cook know about it. It seemed like things changed after that. The waitress was moved out of the wayand someone else else rang us up. My husband went to the restroom and I remained near the baked goods. I could hear them talking about us....read full review

My food was cold. I was told they were out of everything that I wanted to order.Ordered a kids breakfast. Never got any syrup for her pancakes. My husband's meal was cold and dry in texture.We usually like to go to Perkins, but after this experience, we won't be going back.

Just had breakfast this morning and it was great. Typical Perkins food but it was super busy today. Somehow even with the crowd they were able to get the food out in a timely manner. It was hot too! The waiter we had was friendly and always was checking on us.
