Our party of four arrived at 11:00 am. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged, only after I gave several staff the stink eye. Then another 15 minutes to be seated. If Perkins wasn’t our grandkids choice, we would have left at 11:05! Finally got our food and drinks ordered at 11:35 and actual food at 12:00. Thankfully, the food was good. Will not be our first choice in the future. Men’s room was gross. Leaking faucet, no soap, and the smoke detector was chirping (needs battery) loud enough to be heard in the lobby.

Perhaps the worst restaurant food I have ever had. Party of 4. Not one of the orders was right. Soup was barely warm even when sent back for rewarming. Teriyaki chicken ordered but served extremely garlic cold chicken breast, pancakes served with no butter or syrup. Couldn’t get service to get any. No dressing with the salad. Asparagus burnt and soggy. Even the bill had someone else’s order.Floors where filthy. Stay away from this place.

On March 6th 2024, the Willmar Perkins Restaurant was about at a fourth capacity, we sat down and it took twenty minutes to see the waitress, once the waitress finally got to us we shared we were ready to order, and she said, you will have to wait I am busy, besides there's so many tickets in the kitchen now it will be another half hour as she flipped her towel in the air. Needless to say, we left and went across the street to McMillians Restaurant and was served and eaten a very fine meal and we were out within twenty minutes. And the food was excellent and the service was very friendly and kind at McMillians. And McMillians was at least 3/4 full.

The waitress forgot to bring a silverware before our food came out so we had to ask for it when the food did come.She never cleared our table, she never brought more water, I also had to use the restroom... Boy that was a mistake. The toilet had disgusting residue on it The floor was dirty the urinal was gross there was brown stuff on the walls I don't even know what It was just bad. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in the week. Just be aware bring plenty of hand cleaner and your own cleaning supplies for the restroom here.
Had to get a substitution on my order which was good, however, the only thing warm on my plate was the substitute (broccoli). My turkey & the mashed potatoes were cold. Our waitress was friendly and kind. I basically wanted wanted her to let the cook know about it. It seemed like things changed after that. The waitress was moved out of the wayand someone else else rang us up. My husband went to the restroom and I remained near the baked goods. I could hear them talking about us. " Did you hear what that last couple said??" I did not find any of the other workers customer friendly at all. I still gave a 20% tip. Hope it went to the waitress. Next time we will go to McMillan's.

My food was cold. I was told they were out of everything that I wanted to order.Ordered a kids breakfast. Never got any syrup for her pancakes. My husband's meal was cold and dry in texture.We usually like to go to Perkins, but after this experience, we won't be going back.
