I went to get Burger King Friday night 1/19 for the first time here I don’t ever eat fast food but it sounded good. Rudest staff ever they made it sound like I was bothering them. My food tasted rubbery it was a terrible experience and now I remember why I don’t eat fast food and I will not recommend BK to anyone.Parking: On the plus side plenty of parking!
IF YOU OWN THIS PLACE - start showing up and working the drive thru, set an examples. Because this place is owned and managed HORRIBLY. Leadership comes from the top, and this place is gonna close if you keep failing as an owner.Train your managers better, the staff is doing their best given the fact that they are out of items EVERY DAY, no French fries? 22 minutes spent in drive thru. It took 5 minutes before we could order. And the rest of the time waiting in line for our order of 2 whopper jr./1 no onions ( but got onion on both sandwiches) 1 small fry. They pulled 7 vehicles and had no idea what they were doing. Every single person at Winona Burger King needs to be trained in fast food. Key word is fast. And fast food employees expect to be paid $15 an hour for what? Screwing up order upon order.
