“It's pricey for a dish of ice cream, but it's so good you won't care about the price. We had dinner at a downtown Winona Restaurant, then walked a couple blocks to have ice cream for dessert, A couple in our group had ice cream cones, and we had a dish of the Ameretto Cherry ice cream. So, we all had "hard" ice cream. They also have a wide variety of soft-serve ice cream flavors, plus every kind of sweet or crunchy topping you can imagine.“

Unlimited Nutrition Ice Cream •
160 Main St, Winona

“"Baby, I'm just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake...I shake it off, I shake it off." (Taylor Swift)Curiosity lured me into this shop back in April after seeing some of their pics online of lower cal, frou-frou coffee drinks. In this case curiosity did not kill the cat! While my first order was not for coffee, I did get to enjoy a delicious pistachio cake shake with protein that tasted like a bit like pistachio pudding, and kept me feeling really full for hours. With the word "nutrition" in the name of the business, I suppose one shouldn't assume the shakes contain ice cream, but there is always hope. My dreams were smashed to smithereens when I discovered that these shakes are meal replacements using Herbalife, but maybe someday it could happen if the shop name changes to Semi Nutrition. At any rate, I was pleasantly surprised upon first sip to not detect any of the chalky aftertaste often associated with meal replacement drinks. Of course conduct your own research on the safety of this or any supplement. I did not experience any shakes after drinking my shake, so from that highly scientific test alone I'm sure it's all safe. I'm not usually on board for meal replacements in general because this gal likes real food, but in this case I was intrigued by their exciting menu. I would return in cases where shakes are easier to deal with than a real meal (for example, when spending hours at the library.) In the future I would love to try out their coffee drinks, protein donuts, or some of the more delicious sounding mixes like Snickerdoodle, Iced Nutella Café, or Lemon Blueberry cheesecake. This shop is a great addition to downtown Winona. Staff is really helpful and friendly, and I love the cozy, cute setup of the side room--it's a perfect area to hang out, study, or work. Swifties and those looking to shake up their diets should appreciate this shop. 4.3 stars.“

“Dined in on Tuesday, Feb. 2024. I had the Cacio E Pepe (pasta, cream sauce, with extra chicken). Also had the Fagioli (sausage, white bean soup). I recommend the rolls - authentic Italian. The food was delicious, the service was very fast and friendly. Two of us enjoyed the food and the service tremendously. I will be back. Thank you! Mike“

“Five friends travelling northern Iowa and western Wisconsin wineries, had the urge for DQ dilly bars. We bought the variety pack and had 2 leftover, so surprised the hotel front desk clerk with those. Cherry, chocolate and butterscotch...all good.“
