Horrible workers. They messed up our order by giving us an egg McMuffin (two at that) with only an egg. Nothing else. When I went back they didn’t apologize or anything. Extremely rude. Don’t recommend this location.

It is a bit slower then most but they are courteous, however the 2 times I hav been there they managed to make a mistake with taking my order. Nothing so big as to me not eating there again, but other then that not enough to complain about it, but jus enough to notice.

When a customer tells you..... order is wrong on screen and tells you again you don't raise your voice and bark at them .should've said "sorry about that I'm fixing it" or even a nice voice "give me a second..never going to downtown winona McDonald's again...

This is the smallest McDonald's I've ever seen. It's conveniently located on Main Street in Winona. The Drive-Through is very narrow, through an alley. It could be good, but they don't train the staff very well, and the drive-Through speaker is hard to understand: scratchy and distorted. Every once in awhile, you'll get a very nice person at the counter who is knowledgeable and efficient. But more often than not, the employees seem over-worked and even a little bothered that you came in and made them work. The food is fine, just what you expect from McDonalds.

Went in to get food, no one in restaurant. Employees saw me, and no one even acknowledged me. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting to order and nothing. Ended up walking out.
