Penguin Zesto is open seasonal so you are out of luck for about half the year.Stop by when they are open though for great sweet treats and standard American food like dogs and burgers. They have two locations one on the East side and one on the WestA Winona tradition ?

Reasonably priced, and quick service with a smile. The ice cream is always great and I highly recommend their mushrooms and cheese curds.

Nothing has changed in 30+ years. Food is great, ice cream is the BEST. Prices have gone up with time but still extremely reasonable. We love the Penguin Zesto!

Awesome small town neighborhood ice cream stand. My kids love it, and don't tell, but the Zesto is better than DQ everyday:)

Great food and great prices. I use to like going here when I lived in Winona. The flurry is always a go to.

Cheese curds, hotdogs, and chocolate malts — best malts in the tri-state area! Closed for season so looking forward to spring opening! 5-stars!

Great little place to get food and dessert that's been around for what feels like forever. So whether or not you live nearby or just passing through to get to Rochester or LA Crosse you should check it out.
