The coffee was pretty good. But customer service is pretty terrible like the other reviews say. They were out of a flavor, which happens, but the employee interrupted and barked that they were out at me. The drive thru menu doesn't have their donuts listed so we went inside after to see what was available - and we were ignored so we ended up leaving without anything.
I always try to give a business a few shots before I write a review. I am glad I did for this location. At times they are very busy and understaffed, and at other times I feel like they have plenty of staff and are less busy. Regardless, the quality of my drinks and coffee has always been what I have expected. The staff is usually in good spirits. I assume prices are higher at this store because of location, but the food quality is also the worst I've had from a Dunkin. I don't know how you can burn a bagel, but it's somehow still soft, and you put a tiny dab of cream cheese on it and call that worth $4.I didn't do one star, because I have been here a couple times and I imagine I will go again sometime and hope it's improved. The drink my friend got was pretty good she said.
