I go out of my way to avoid this Jamba Juice location because of the employees. People with facial tattoos, people with doorags, people who cuss in front of customers, people who don't know how to make change. The one in Maple Grove is nothing like that.

Went for a smoothie here on Tues 1/23/24 arrived at 9:30 am lights out, open sign off, chairs still on table tops, two people inside I go to the door and they just start unlocking the store and opening. Order a smoothie and both clerks are complaining about having to make it and one is sneezing into his hands and then starts prepping food. It is now 9:45 and they are just starting to pull the chairs off the table turn on lights and open up. Person behind me walks out. Terrible experience, done coming to this Woodbury location so rude. unprofessional and gross.

Honestly, really terrible attitude with staff. It isn't a customers fault that the online ordering is down- and they make it seem like it is your fault with the attitude given.

i am so disappointed. i drove over 20 minutes and wasted MY GAS to get some refreshing jamba juice just to stumble across the doors being LOCKED?!? you close at 8pm not 7:24 pm. this is ridiculous, do better.

I ordered my smoothie at 130pm today, it was scheduled at 1:39 pm. Its is now 2:04 pm, still waiting. People who came in and ordered after me, are getting there orders, I'm still waiting. If I could give them a zero. I would. I think I'm just going to take the loss. And email they're corporate office. Jamba!!! Get a clue. Quit hiring teenagers.

I just want to say thank you to the crew working right now. I don’t know what’s up with the AC not working in this place with the heat advisory going on, but it’s unbearable inside. It’s enough to pass out while waiting for your order. I hope management knows what’s going on and can get the AC running soon and can give these clearly hard working people a water break and some time out of that hot box.

Horrible horrible service. We arrived at around 2:15 and as we were in line to order, they announced that they were out of bananas and strawberries for the day and that they were closing as one of the workers was leaving. We were still able to order, my boyfriend ordered a smoothie that contained strawberries and bananas and asked if we could just get the drink without those as they were unavailable. They said yes. After waiting 20min, they finally got to our order and the female worker said she can’t make the drink without those ingredients. They offered other fruit but he was uninterested so we just requested a refund. They were then on the phone for a while as they “don’t know how to do a refund”. How would you have workers that don’t know how to do a refund working together? We waited and waited and I decided to just refund the whole order. They were unable to do so. They gave us the managers number and we’ve called twice with no answer. So we had to leave with no smoothies, no refund, and no answers. This is unbelievable. I am now working with my bank to dispute the transaction but the whole experience was outrageous. The male worker was very kind and trying to throw out ideas and helpful remarks, but the female was the complete opposite. DO NOT GO HERE.

management should be embarrassed to have the store in the condition I visited it in today. the bathroom was dirtier than any public bathroom i’ve seen in a year, and the signature sheet hanging on the back of the door gave proof that it hadn’t been cleaned in almost 10 days (the last available day was 8/9 and I visited on 8/18). there was trash and food all over the floor in the common area and it looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. the workers prioritized giving their friends free drinks and food and disregarded paying customers. one girl wiped her nose with her hand while making a smoothie, didn’t wash her hands, and nobody said anything. i usually don’t leave negative reviews, but having worked in food service, this one felt necessary. this jamba juice location needs to either improve than standard of cleanliness and service or risk getting shut down by a health inspector.
