Fries were good, sandwich tasted like chemicals and watched an employee sit in her car in front of the business throw trash out her window onto the lot and then go back into the business. She also was out with her apron on which I'm pretty sure is against most health codes.

I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.

I am going to start out saying I love their chicken and wild rice sound with their bread!!! When I first started going to Panera and would get a FULL bowl of soup now it's maybe half a bowl, you don't get your money worth and it sucks. Like all Panera breads the seating is to close and most are dirty. I think the best Panera is mankato Mn but it's so small but it's always clean and the manager is always there helping out with whatever and super friendly.

We sometimes get Potbelly catered at work, and it is always exceptional. People truly enjoy it, and eat everything. We get variety packs. They come with sides such as mustard and peppers, but usually people just eat the sandwiches and don't bother with the extras
