Gross. Had steak tacos and the steak was so grizzled and old it tasted terrible. Everything tasted old and not satisfying. Wouldn’t return or recommend. Tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. Ladies bathroom was so gross my wife had to use the men’s.

Well, the first day they opened in Woodbury, someone used my debit card number to pay their bill. (I am up north MN and I have not lost my debit card, I explained) When I called and asked for them to help me, find the charge, reverse it or whatever they need to do, they had no clue what to do or how "this could have happened" and were very unprofessional! I understand they didn't know of the scammers at the time, but were not at all willing to straighten it out.

First time trying Qdoba, I got there, and there were no customers. The guy at the counter was on his phone. He saw me waiting, and he kept on texting or whatever he was doing while I waited. He finally asked how he could help while still looking at his phone. Very unprofessional.

I got a burrito and everything in it was barely warm. Spent 50 dollars for me and my friends. When I went to ask for my money back just for my meal the manager waved his hands at me basically saying go away. Do not recommend at all.

Long time qdoba lover. My burrito was double wrapped and I didn’t ask for it, and it was about half the size of a normal burrito.I usually save half for leftovers, and didnt even have time to take a picture of the lil guy before I was already done eating let alone put it in the fridge.The tortilla(s) were dry as crackers and I paid for EXTRA toppings dude! I seriously don't remember ordering the "Thumbelina" burrito..Super sad about this place. Will be going to other qdobas in the cities.

I'm usually not one to complain or give reviews, but I'm disappointed and disgusted. They gave me crumbs/LITERAL bits and pieces of meat and then mentioned that there would be an extra charge for extra meat when I asked for more(which is fine, but it was the fact that they gave me the crumbs or bits to begin with, lol). I also had a long strand of blonde hair in my food and I have black hair but the workers laughed when I called. They proceeded to say, "The thing is, we don't have blonde hair; we have black hair," but the color of the hair was irrelevant because the whole point of me calling was to tell them to double-check their food before serving to avoid hair in the food. I was very disappointed, and the fact that you could hear the workers laugh in the background says a lot about their customer service skills.Also, looking at other reviews, it seems this is NOT the first time this has happened.
I usually like Qdoba. It's my go to for a burrito. The chicken was burnt and black and dry. Couldn't eat over half my burrito. Double check your food before you leave.

We stopped in for a quick lunch today. I ordered the 3 tacos, and the 3rd taco had a long piece of black hair in it, I have blond hair. My Dad had the tortilla soup, and my mom had a burrito, and their food was good. The staff did not seem super happy to be there and were not helpful. The place itself was not clean with dirty tables and floors.

This place fired my nephew on November 2, 2023 via text message at 7:46 am, good guy with a little attitude but hard worker and very honest, he told the General Manager about another employee stealing money and my nephew said the General Manager even admitted seeing it on camera and still did nothing, didn't even notify the the District Manager, smh I'd never spend my hard earned money here again, thanks nephew but the bowl wasn't good at all ?
