I first tried La Colombianita at Taste of St. Louis a few months ago, and I have been low-key stalking them ever since! I’ve eaten their food 4-5 times since then and it’s always amazing. Consistent, fantastic flavors, super nice people. I’m gluten intolerant and their empanadas are naturally gluten free and insanely delicious. (My favorites are the beef, Hawaiian and guava.) I am Venezuelan and really.... here no one makes empanadas as good as these and they are Colombian, nothing to ask of a Venezuelan, I recommend them 100% and they come with their green sauce and guasacaca, and the service is the best!
