I first tried La Colombianita at Taste of St. Louis a few months ago, and I have been low-key stalking them ever since! I’ve eaten their food 4-5 times since then and it’s always amazing. Consistent, fantastic flavors, super nice people. I’m gluten intolerant and their empanadas are naturally gluten free and insanely delicious. (My favorites are the beef, Hawaiian and guava.) I can’t seem to go more than a couple weeks without them. I hope they get a brick and mortar location someday soon!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
