“The way this place is managed is amazing compared to other locations nearby like in Columbia, MO where it takes you 20 minutes minimum to get your food with awful customer service. This Ashland, MO location is luxury compared to them and the reason why always comes to management and this location is managed properly and should be noted by the higher ups at McDonalds for a raise because of it. Their quick; efficient, and the food always taste better and fresher. Also, their kitchen, lobby and bathrooms are always clean.“

“The best sandwich shop I've been to so far!! Many different tasty options along with vegetarian options and other healthier options. Reasonably priced sandwiches that are fresh and made to order.I've had the chicken Philly, Club sandwich, and Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. They've all been packed with flavor. It's hard to go wrong with any of the options at this place. The fries were also very tasty- not too dry, not too thick, and not too salty, just right.The customer service was top notch. The employees were very kind and even came by to check and see if we liked our sandwiches. The employees seemed to be very happy to work there.Overall, an amazing locally owned sandwich shop that I would highly recommend!“
“We were traveling and opted to stop for a quick 'late' lunch under the comfort of a familiar brand. The store did not disappoint. An observation I didn't care for is their food assembly area is shielded from customer view. In a world of uncertainty I find comfort in watching my food being made. Other than that aspect, I enjoyed my time here. The staff was friendly and conversational. The restrooms were very clean.“
“Yesterday at lunch I placed an order through the Champs app and it was absolutely fantastic! Not only was the food great but so was the service! I placed the order and then arrived a couple of minutes earlier than the app said it would be ready. I was acknowledged and greeted as I walked in which is not something you get with most other places. The gentleman that helped me (I believe his name is Christian) was great! He has helped me the last three times I’ve been to Champs and he has been great every time! From his energy you can tell that he either enjoys what he does or he is just really good at what he does. It was very much appreciated!“
