Probably had our last trip here, went for lunch and while the bowls used to be quite full they were both about half full. I had Steak and had 6 small pieces in the whole meal. Paid extra for guac and got less than a tablespoon. Not sure if it is because it was a mobile order or not but not worth the money with the portions they are now giving out.

In the past month we have visited this location multiple times and each time our order was wrong, yesterday around 1:30 we picked up an online order and they both were wrong we politely asked them if they could fix what was wrong/missing with our orders and they slammed the window and laughed while waiting for the manger to come, she came and slammed the window as well then the girl that came to the window aggressively handed me the new bowls which still weren’t right but we just left after that because it was such an awful experience. Do not recommend this location. Will definitely be going to any other location besides belton.

This location has to be the worst location within 300 miles. Everybody that works there has a nasty attitude, They’re always out of everything. And they don’t even offer you a discount on the purchase price whenever they’re out of everything. I would suggest you go to any other location around the area because this one has to be the worst

This location is a joke. Anytime I go in here they are out of chips. Tonight they were out of chips, lettuce, corn salsa and a few other items and didn’t tell anyone until they got up to the counter after waiting in line.
Lack of good management is very apparent here. At 5pm they did not have any lettuce, corn salsa, hot salsa, etc. Chicken was burnt to an absolute crisp to where it was not even edible. Used a gift card and this will be the last time I visit this location. Bye bye 25 bucks

Terrible manager, and workers never stay on top of ordering food to have anything extra of, every time I got there it always seems like they are out of half the stuff they serve and don’t have any extras in the back, someone needs to handle this store better and stay on top on ordering material and food

I don't write bad reviews, but this has to be said. This is the last time we try to eat here. Every time we have, they are out of something or really mess up our order. We stopped eating at the restaurant because the dining area is always a mess, so we tried carryout at the window. Bad idea, because then they mess things up and you don't know till you get home. We were told this time that they were out of cheese. You can't sell quesadillas with no cheese! They failed to mention they were also out of lettuce, fajita veggies, guacamole (paid extra), dressing for the salad and the meat was burned/dried up and inedible! We didn't find out till we got home. They should have just cancelled our order and we could have had time to get food somewhere else! ?
