“The more I go to Fazoli's, the more I like it. So much, that I talked a friend into trying it. He had double lasagnia and was completely happy and full. I had fettachinni alfredo with chicken. Great food! But I have to mention the outstanding service!! Gift card w/a balance was a major hassle. But Fazoli's staff was persistent and solved repeat attempts to charge the card. Thank you guys!! I really appreciate the effort! I would have failed miserably and given up. You guys rock!“
“This place was packed every spot filled and drive had big line but less than 15 minutes and I was on my way with a sandwich fries and drink for under 10 bucks so not bad on the price but the could have done without the bread should have got a 4 finger basket “

“Stopped for a quick lunch around 1pm on a Friday. Haven't been to this location in forever.Drive thru employees were absolutely the sweetest humans. Absolutely darling. I felt welcome and happy after the brief interaction.The woman who took my order (I think her name was Donnell?) helped me decide between a couple of crispy chicken wraps. The spicy is great and not so spicy that I had to chug my drink.The man in the first window was fast and kind, sorry I didn't catch his name. Stephanie in the second window got me out very quickly with an accurate order and the world's biggest smile!My fries were hot, fresh, and crispy. The wrap was the perfect size for me and I'll definitely be back to try the others!Way to rock the Friday before a holiday! Thank you!!!“
“Decided to try here after my Dad heard their radio commercial. And I am not disappointed. I got a steak burrito with banana peppers and onions and mushrooms and cheese and tomatoes and black olives and spicy ranch and sour cream. It was delicious and HUGE. The kids' meals were too small for the price, but the adult burrito I got was awesome. And the fries are crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside.Plus the bathrooms were immaculate and smelled fresh. Definitely recommend.“

There was a slight hiccup in my order, but they covered it quickly and without question. These cats were on fire. “The food is good. I just don’t like the fact that a certain employee wants to run the register and then help make my sandwich. It’s like he was rushing to get me out of there but no one was behind me. My sandwich was being made but he takes over the guy making it, not sure why. I think it’s best to keep the 2 separate. This has made me hesitant to go back.“
