I stop at Ozark's Sonic weekly (okay, it is more like three times each week) and in addition to fantastic drinks each time I order, the staff is absolutely the BEST. Everyone is always cheerful and friendly (even when it is super busy).Lemonade slushes with real strawberry are fantastic! ?

The server was very nice but the burger was just awful. Gave me stomach cramps because I don't know how long it had been sitting there. I only live less than five minutes from Sonics but my burger was ice cold, dry, and black around the edges from sitting so long. This isn't the first time either and usually I ask for it to be made fresh but forgot and I paid the price. I stopped going to the one closest to my house and now this is a last time at this one. They cost too much for the food to be dry and crusty. I will be returning to Culvers where its always made fresh and hot even when i get home.

this place is terrible. they are always out of something and on top of that the employees forget things so easily! i ordered on the app and they asked me what i wanted instead of my drink they were out of and it took 15 minutes to bring out a replacement drink! been here since 2:15 and left at 2:47! raymore is better dont waste your time here!

I would definitely agree with some of the reviews definitely needs a facelift, and they need to train their carhops. Better not to expect a tip after all, they do get a good wage. I would say you need to put more love in your food when you make it I’ve gotten some really bad breakfast burritos. They usually just throw them in the trash. When a customer says easy ice does not mean extra ice. I feel the carhops do not pay attention to the customer when they ordering their food. and when you do tip them, they don’t even say thank you they just walk away like they expect you to tip them .

We order double sonic burger and a oreo shake. The Burger was fantastic, however, toward the lower level of the shake. It started tasting really really salty. Tasted a couple of the oreo cookies and that's where it was very salty apparently. Is this a normal stuff didn't get mixed right? Or should we be worried? Appreciate the info.

I'll never eat there again. I ordered a double cheese burger, a medium size onion rings, and a large root beer. My wife git the pulled pork sandwich and a small fry. My burger was not even warm, it was very dry and it looked like it had been sitting for a while. My onion rings were good and were hot but the medium size looked more like a small as there might have been maybe 6 and most were about 1" diameter and some were broken pieces. My large root beer was good. The small fry were very small and barely warm and I requested some ketchup for them but the hop said they were out....oh well. I took a bite of my wife's sandwich and didn't care for it (Arby's sandwiches are much better), she did like it however so it's more a matter of preference of taste rather than quality. Her sandwich was warm. I know better than to complain at a restaurant like this as you never know what one might receive with a replacement. So I choked down the cheeseburger and won't return here again.
