in my experience, they get the orders wrong more often than correct at this location. it's not like they give you a completely incorrect drink, but small things such as normal ice when you ask for light, not swapping dairy out when you pay extra for an alternative, inconsistent amount of syrup pumps, etc. it's not a huge deal, but when you're paying so much for drinks i think you should get what you asked for.you could be waiting anywhere from 10-20 mins in drive thru depending...read full review
I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch. The staff was super nice and friendly great atmosphere. The drink sadly was very plain, I asked for extra Carmel and instead they didn't put any Carmel in the blend but put a bunch on top.
