Not my first time here,but this the first time receiving this level of poor customer service. At first I thought it was just the guy taking orders but no it was the whole store. Every customer before and after us was greeted at the door upon entering and exiting. Every customer got asked a name for their order...but not us....they took their time with our order and didn't know who it belonged to...could it have been because we wasn't good enough for a name??? Do better!!!!#starbucks

We go there every morning. My two year old daughter and I. Alexa and Kevin are the absolute best up there. They tell her hi every morning and make sure she's apart of the starbucks experience. The coffee is always on point too. 10/10 experience (:

I come to this location often. The drinks are fine, but they have gotten really sloooooow over the last year. Rare that it's not 15-20 minutes for one drink.

The line gets longer, and we just wait... Had to take mocha back bc they forgot the actual espresso. Ordered on app...had to wait several minutes before they even took our order for us to tell him we had an app order. Then when we got to the window they still weren't even finished with it- after two cars in front of us and I saw them make three other drinks while we were waiting. Just go to Scooters.The remake of the mocha was meh.

in my experience, they get the orders wrong more often than correct at this location. it's not like they give you a completely incorrect drink, but small things such as normal ice when you ask for light, not swapping dairy out when you pay extra for an alternative, inconsistent amount of syrup pumps, etc. it's not a huge deal, but when you're paying so much for drinks i think you should get what you asked for.you could be waiting anywhere from 10-20 mins in drive thru depending on how busy they are and time of day. when I visit this location it's typically after 10-11 am so early morning crew might be better as ive seen other reviews state.staff aren't necessarily rude, but just seem busy and thus not overly friendly. seems as if they're just trying to get you helped & out of the way to get through the line. but they still say the basics like have a nice day at end of interaction.overall not bad, but definitely room for improvement at this location.
