The ordering station was closed, so I went to order at the window. The young man who was near the window had his attention drawn to me by his co-worker- he was on the phone. He did not put the phone down to talk to me, and when I tried to order, he told me he couldn't take orders through the window. I asked if I should go to another restaurant, and his response was "Mmhm."Terribly unprofessional.

The only complaint I'm going to mention is when I asked for napkins at the drive thru I was given 4 napkins to 7 sandwiches.If you're going to skimp the napkins at least give one per sandwich!

The food and service were very good. They were training someone, so the service was a tiny bit slower but our food was exactly how we wanted it. The trainee did a good job and her trainer was watchful that our sandwich was what we wanted. The place was clean and well lit.Vegetarian options: You could build your sandwich exactly how you wanted it with fresh items.

My sandwich was made by a new lovely young lady n training. She fixed my sandwich just rite. The pretzel is good warm with honey mustard. Never in my life have I ever had sandwiches made so sloppily like the 3 that was made by the young man tonight. The meat was just thrown on there (nothing like they normally do). When asking about if it was going to be fixed, I got looked at like I was crazy. No apology or acknowledgement. I had to ask several times for it to be fixed and not to look like things were thrown on and squished down to fit - like he was some rush. I know they can get busy sometimes, but there were only 2 vehicles in the parking lot, with one person behind me.

Downloaded the app from the parking lot, ordered my footlong, and by the time I walked in, it was halfway done. And it was exactly the way I put it in the app.They are really friendly as well.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location at this point. Slow service, incorrect orders, dashers not being sent with full orders, and inappropriate comments/immaturity while inside. The only way I get a correct order is going inside the store - not even drive through always works to have the correct items sent out to me. Also, the way they, "correct," these mistakes is super unsatisfactory as well. One time I ordered delivery as my car was out of commission. Half the order wasn't delivered. They said they'd only help me if I came up there, which I had to keep reiterating that I couldn't do. Super frustrating. Just sad, because me and my family loved Subway before this location went downhill.

We ordered a #15 Titan Turkey. Sandwich description says it has 33% more turkey and 2x the provolone cheese. It was stuffed full of veggies, and not the ones in the description, and had hardly any turkey on it and no cheese at all. The only thing you got right was the bread. First time we've had Subway in several years, and you get it wrong. Very disappointed. We'll stick with Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's from now on.

Came to this location at about 9:23 PM to get a late dinner as they have their hours set to 10 PM. We walk up to the door and to no surprise it's locked so we try the drive through and no one's answering so we drive to the window and there's a receipt paper note on the door that states "no bread, big catering order" .. good thing I only get protein bowls and salads as I don't eat bread, smfh. How can you justify locking up and saying "no bread" when you have people who order more than a freaking sandwich. Why even advertise that you sell salads and protein bowls when the staff lazily locks up and closes shop an hour early? I will never be back and I took my money elsewhere to service industry employees and establishments who like making money. What a freaking joke. I HATE having to leave a bad review but as someone who isn't able to eat at normal dinner hours I rely on restaurants that pride themselves on being open late and it really frustrates me to waste gas and time to come to a place that advertises "open late" that closes early bc the staff clearly has better things to do.
