The food was good but took 25 minutes to prepare. It wasn't busy so I don't understand what took so long. I ended up going inside to get my food and found only very young people running the store. Ownership is to blame for my experience. There was no leadership.

Wish I can give no stars. Order is always wrong, employees always have a attitude, they are to lazy to give a few extra condiments, the inside is filthy, the drive thru is filthy, was literally the only car in drive thru and waited 30 minutes for 6 tacos, they never answer the phone, this location is ghetto and NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I visited this location today in drive through..rushing to grab a small order before going back to work. The young lady at drive through...she is awesome..I don't remember her name. Very nice. It was taking too long..so I pulled over and went inside. Once inside...the other workers making the food..the service was long and slow. No urgency...no immediate option to get me my food. Then 3 folks came from the back..they all look like Managers...apparently some machines had issues..so there was a guy that showed up to fix it. The young lady that was supposedly making my food..slow as molasses. The fries were cooked and done and bagged. The 2 fried tacos had not been complete. They were out of the fryer..but I watched her take 4 more minutes in taking her time to add the other items to the tacos..she them decided to make another order and my tacos were just sitting there not finished. I kindly asked for a refund. This has proven to me..no matter what..I will never go there again and I will continue to eat at home. The girl was upset that I wanted my money back and said ...I was making it. Girl..stop it..you were moving like a tortoise and you cared nothing about the freshness of my order. Let alone cared about my time. Did I mention..I was the only one inside. That location..beyond horrific. The lady at the Window..God bless her..she was sweet. She definitely will make it at a better restaurant and another location. The rest of them..they are just there.

We were in a hurry to get to the Botanical Gardens and unfortunately the place we wanted to go eat at had closed early so instead we tried this place out in a pinch. What an absolute joke. Dude taking our order couldn't act like he cared less if I payed him to. Coke freestyle machine was out of about everything and the food order was ultimately wrong with some of the oldest and coldest fries I've ever had. We just ate it and got the hell out of there. We saw several other customers come back while we were eating with wrong orders and they were getting the same high quality service we had received. I know it's hard to find help these days but this place just needs to close. It's pathetic.

I just ate the oldest tasting French fry I've ever eaten in my life. I ordered some tacos and a fry. Past 2 times I tried to eat here I was told they didn't have any more tacos. But today they had tacos in stock but my frys tasted DAYS OLD! But fresh out the grease. I told the girl at the window my fries were old and she said they just "came up" out the fryer. Then she told me to pull around for fresh ones. I just pulled off. If yall sold me freshly refried old fries already, I'm not about to wait for yall to fry me up some more old fries. Everytime I come here I can write a bad review about my experience.
Filthy, rude, nasty, and totally unprofessional staff that have no social skills and zero manners. Food was immediately thrown away after one bite. Did I mention filthy?. Did I mention rude? Staff looked disgustingly dirty, pant worn at the knees on all 3 members, one sitting on the floor eating chicken fingers, half eaten food on the counter. Absolutely this place should be shuttered!!!

Was not able to order at the drive through Sat for almost 10 minutes and when I pulled around the building employees were sitting in the lobby could of atleast answered on the drive through and said there would be a wait instead of ignoring everyone so they leave

I set in the drive threw 30 minutes before i decided to have to leave. I was extremely disappointed because i was traveling and i came a cross here and got excited because it has been years since i had a jack in the box. But i was not the only 1 to leave before the speaker. So if i ever decided to try jack in the box again it wont be this location.

Stopped by after a flight to grab a bite walked in stood at the counter for 5 minutes then I ask is the lobby opened or what then finally the person looked up at me then ask his boss and the boss said well they in here already so what do you think? After taking my order the fries was hard and cooked in dirty oil. The burger was the only good thing I enjoyed but I'll never eat there again the service they provide sucks and no one was professional I walked in and you had employees sitting on the counter tops where people eat. After seeing all these reviews and comments I don't think anything is going to change because it seem like people have been complaining for a while and still the results are the same. The place is trash

They are never open they need to close it’s ridiculous whenever you come in the morning they are never ever open I don’t understand why they are still open they have no staff they just run this place how they want to food is good when they are open but that’s very seldom that they are open they are never open in the mornings just bad for business just close down
