Breadsticks are no longer free unlimited for dine in customers. It now costs $1.25, which isn't much, but made me sad. I was excited to try the new stuffed shells, and they were pretty much what I expected. The flavors were really good, with mediocre ingredients and execution. The pasta of the shells was gummy, but everything tasted good enough that it wasn't a big deal, at least for me. Without unlimited breadsticks, I may go to a better Italian restaurant and get properly cooked pasta for the same price. The cheese pizza used to be the only thing our picky kids would eat, but there was almost no cheese on it, and the crust was doughy, so sadly this is no longer on our kid- friendly list, since the only thing she'll eat now are the breadsticks.

As much I used to love going to this restaurant and dining in, for months now, I've noticed the amount of Nats (fruit flies) flying around the dining room. Especially around the soda machine. The fact that the General Manager has not done anything about this for months, I don't want to come back to this establishment and eat.

Never had been to a fast food Italian restaurant before but this was awesome. They still put the food in plates if you find in and you get unlimited bread sticks. Alfredo pasta and pizza were really good. Definitely a hit!

This was a pick up catering order for a staff luncheon. We ordered prior to the event. I spoke with Stephanie to place the order. She is knowledgeable and professional. When I called the day before to confirm again she was very helpful. When we picked up our order right at 11am when the doors opened everything was boxed up and ready to go. Stephanie got us rung up in a professional manner, explained what items were in which containers and helped us carry it out to the car!! We will certainly do business with Fazoli’s Blue Springs again. And Stephanie is a fantastic representation of your company! She is to be commended as well as anyone else involved in preparing our large order!! Thank you

Was looking for a quick pizza and breadsticks for an easy meal for the kids tonight. Started at Little Caesars who had nothing hot and ready for usual for the Blue Springs location. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we were taking care of at Fazoli's getting a pizza and breadsticks. That's not even one of their main items. Will definitely make Fazoli's our stop next time we need a quick pizza to go.

I went in for lunch a couple days ago and there were no employees to greet me, so I walked around the lobby looking for somebody but there was an employee sleeping in the booth so I left. Decided to give it a second shot, the next day and as i pulled in the parking lot there was a couple employees outside smoking weed right next to the front door. Will never be returning. Any management at this place!?!?

This is your typical fazolis with one major difference and that is the staff, specifically a worker named Lidia. She is the most polite and attentive fast food worker I've met! Hope this establishment recognizes they have a good worker and do what they should to show her recognition!

They always have really good food I love to get their specials those are always great. Unfortunately they can never put enough breadsticks with their meals. In fact they could probably have a breadstick meal and not have enough bread lol! Just kidding but seriously please bring back the lobster mac and cheese OMG! I would probably off somebody if they wanted me to if they brought the lobster mac and cheese back I would take Hunter and Joe Biden out! To dinner just kidding!

My Granddaughter and I had a wonderful day of “Back to School Shopping”. So, of course, that includes eating too! She has never been to Fazoli’s but has always heard of their endless breadsticks. She was excited to try it and was not disappointed. We both had the $6.99 lunch specials. It was a great way to top off our shopping day.
