Best brisket I have ever had!!! We stopped on our way home to Lincoln from Memphis and we were NOT disappointed. If we are ever in Bolivar again we will be stopping!!!

The whole dinner was exceptional! The manager Scott was so helpful and friendly. The staff is friendly and pleasant. Very down home feeling and the food was spectacular. The best brisket I have ever had! I wish we were able to come back more often.

The food really wasn't that great. We have traveled all over the country so we have had BBQ all over. The main spice they rely on seems to be salt, and the dishes you would expect to be salty weren't. The turkey tasted like deli meat and the hash brown casserole was dry. Three of the sauces tasted like straight vinegar and the one "original" sauce was just all salt.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Their menu with prices is posted prominently on the wall, but they charge you $5-6 more per meal. When we questioned it, we were told that they hadn't updated their prices in a long time. Then they "refunded" us a quarter despite the fact that we were overcharged around ten dollars, per their displayed prices. I have to assume this was a reference to "Here's a Quarter, Call Someone Who Cares." Rude and unprofessional. Don't eat here.

We always have wanted to stop in at this restaurant. We never seemed to have time until this visit. Their meals are built for two (2!) Several flavors of BBQ to choose from. 1/2 rack if ribs were good, Bison Burger with loaded sliced potatoes. They offer a 10% military discount.

Can't speak enough about how good the food was. I got the bullrider and I've never had a better burger! It was such a great place to eat and stop after being on the road. The staff was warm and friendly. It has such a fun atmosphere!

I grew up in Kansas City, so I have had my share of BBQ....this is the best meal I think I have ever had! Best BBQ without a doubt. Do not miss the chance to eat here if you are just passing through....you will be glad you did!
