I chose the Chili Colorado Beef and my daugter chose the Caldo de Pollo (chicken soup). The Chili Colorado was tasty but not very spicy. Sometimes it's spicy and sometimes not. Depends on the restaurant and what you like. But I ate all of it! The Caldo de Pollo was a very large serving. The chunks of chicken were humongous and the broth tasted fresh and homemade. Perfect for a chilly and blustery night. So much that she had to take the rest home in a container. The restaurant itself is very tidy and newer. The service is friendly and lightning fast! Hint, the locals started rolling in at 6:00 and then the place was full! So we arrived at the perfect time!“
