I wrote a 1 star review a couple years ago. Since then the entire staff has changed and I've noticed a huge improvement in the quality of customer service. The staff here truly care about improving the reputation of what dunkin used to be.

Honestly, I’m just really impressed with the exceptional level of customer service this morning. Shelby and Kaleigh (not sure of spelling) did an outstanding job helping a difficult & demanding customer who just seemed to be a bit confused on how the store functions as a whole.
