Not a good place they don't go by the policy or anything I didn't want to put a star but I had to I'm reporting them to corporate and doordash/uber bc they had some1 cancel an order bc apparently they don't do it but doordash bought uber out and I'm reporting them to doordash also do not come here or even order here they got my lady a bad mark on her uber dunkin needs to get n trouble by doordash and doordash/uber for this

Honestly, I’m just really impressed with the exceptional level of customer service this morning. Shelby and Kaleigh (not sure of spelling) did an outstanding job helping a difficult & demanding customer who just seemed to be a bit confused on how the store functions as a whole. They were so patient and kind, even during a rush, and the rest of the staffed immediately jumped in to assist with the other customers coming through the door. This location was also incredibly clean and my coffee/food was all on point for the Dunkin brand. Great location over all with a great staff!

We waited 7 minutes for someone to come to the front register. We could hear loud music and laughter from the side room. Finally we were noticed as another family came into the store. The employee didn’t get 2 out of our 5 coffees correct and was not very polite about fixing them. Another employee was helpful and made us the correct coffees. The other family that was behind us and left as they saw what we were dealing with. Would not stop at this location again.

This location was a trainwreck. Line took forever. Worker was picking her nose behind the counter in plain sight while people waited with no one attending to them. They said it would take 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich or tater tots. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand soap. Pretty much every customer came back to the counter with items wrong or missing. Maybe just a bad day, but I’ll avoid in the future.

When I walked in there was no welcome and there was a slight line one older couple was waiting to order they didn't seem real happy about the service either, I waited about 20 minutes to get one drink and a donut while my co-workers waited on me. I do not recommend this location!

I have went there twice and I have gotten the first time was perfect except for they didn't know what a freaking Bismarck was I have no idea what they hire people and don't know what they're doing today I go get filled donut they don't have filled donut they don't know how to fill one and they tell me I have a bad attitude when they can't even make what I want

Husband took our 7 yr old in after 11 am today. Donut case empty. 3 employees standing around. Nobody in restaurant. Nobody even acknowledge them. When I spoke to manager...rachelle..I beleive is what she said...she said they were very busy and had the nerve to hang up on me. When I called back she didn't even apologize. Will never take my child or family in there again. As I asked for corporates number...they gave me an automated insurance company and now I'm getting random calls.

I have given them three chances in the last week. I have ordered iced coffee three times and they screwed it up three times. They are terribly slow and unorganized. One of the girls asked me to repeat my order four times. She couldn’t find the correct buttons on the screen and took about two full minutes to ring it up and still screwed it up. I’m not going back.
