Went to the drive thru and there was one car in front of us. We were told to wait. 10 minutes later nothing. About half a dozen cars went in front of us so we decided to dine in. Went in and ordered 30 minutes later nothing so I went to the counter to see what the hold up was and they had skipped us. They then slapped our 3 mcflurrys together and brought it to us. And after all that one was the wrong kind. Would not recommend this location waste of time.

Night manager supervisor lady here is very rude ever time we come to Branson and come here to get something to eat at night this place has the worst people working here the manager lady should not be here working here she kick my daughter out saying how did u get in where closed I can help u then get in the drive thru she keeps calling my daughters boyfriend a lady 3 times I will be calling the main office on them this happened tonight at 11:30pm just now

This McDonald's totally suck's. I'm from Springfield, Missouri. Saturday night after a show, I stopped here to get a bite to eat for on the road. I was ignored and and the staff totally rude. Food was cold nasty. I had to holler at workers to get order placed. One black kids was the only decent one there. I called main manager Monday morning. She had no idea. And completely replaced my order with one store in Springfield. I'm told by Branson local, this was a normal there. Hope one day it's better. I'll just cross65 and go to shake and steak next. Don't recommend this McDonald's at any cost.²

Waiting literally forever in the drive through. Horrible. And stuck in there cause I already paid online. People don't even say hi. This is definitely not the first time. But it's definitely the last. I'll never go there again. It's always something wrong. Never get any courtesy except the cashier maybe. They don't even say hi. The worst run business I've run into in a long time. Even deleted my McDonald's account and the app. Love McDonald's but not that much.

McDonald's in Branson Mo was good. They had the spicy mcchicken, unfortunately Minnesota doesn't have these. Was a treat for the kid's, only seem to get them when we head south every year for Spring Break and in August.

Don't want to fault the people working. Super busy as it is spring break tourist season and the drive thru was a very long line. Had dinner inside and it took about 30 minutes to get our food.Will give a shout to the staff as they were moving fast and trying to get the drive thru down and fast food is graded usually on how long drive thru cars wait.My child also dropped their hamburger on the floor and I bought them another and they got it to me almost instantly which I was very grateful for as it was like 930 at night 10hrs of traveling and losing that burger was like the world ending to a little one.

If you are in a hurry do not go to this McDonlas location. We have tried twice to come and both times it is over a 20 minute wait to receive your food.
