“The food was all beyond good. We got the Turkey Platter with baked beans and corn on the cob. Big portion size. Also got the Redneck Nachos and a grilled cheese kids meal. Waitress was fast, polite, and attentive with refills. I highly recommend anyone.”

“Food is very good and fairly priced. They have a decent amount of vegetarian options, which is great and fairly rare in Jefferson County. Staff is friendly and bathrooms were clean. My only issue is that it is very dark inside, like they're trying to save electricity or something.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section on the menu so options are easy to find. They are all good. If you really want a lot of food and veggies the vegetarian fajitas are the best choice.”

“The ice cream is delicious. The pistachio is my favorite - FRESH, soft pistachios, not the rock hard dried junk. You have to get it in a waffle cone. They are so crispy! And not too sweet but just right to match the ice cream.”

“This place is amazing! I love soup dumplings and Tiger Soup Dumplings is a great restaurant to try them. The traditional steamed pork dumplings are my favorite with their rich flavor. The drinks are excellent too and are so flavorful. I will be visiting this place many times. It's a new favorite!”

“We recently moved to the area from Florida and were in search of great St. Louis BBQ. We dined at many establishments and though the food was good, we were not wowed until now. Dalie's Smokehouse Was exceptional. The food was phenomenal and the customer service and attentiveness were superb. “I was having a terrible day so I admit I put all my eggs in one basket hoping this place would make up for the rest, but it didn't and I know that's not fair so I will come back. The place was dead when we got there around 6pm. We ordered 2 pollo and 2 carne asada tacos, carne asada fries, and 2 horchatas coming out to around $43. I read a review comparing the carne asada fries to san diego's so I had to try since it's not the first time I had heard SD fry raves. I had lived in AZ where they were to die for so the bar was already set pretty high. The potatoes itself already gave me an OH YEAH feeling, not too heavy with the onion or cilantro, but felt it was missing something. I should've had cheese. I did get guacamole salsa- too spicy to enjoy the guacamole portion for my liking, but it might be good for some! The horchata just needed some more mixing as there was a lot of cinnamon in our servings. (This is probably the 78th serving of horchata i've had in my life, I promise I know what good horchata is for me.) Service was good! The man who checked us out was nice. The guy in the back called my name and pronounced it in a way I had never heard before. I will never forget it lol I'll need to come back and try their paletas and elotes!”

“The tastiest coffee going in Eureka! Columbia coming at you in a coffee cup. De Olla and Tinto have a gorgeous cinnamon twist to them. Worth straying from your usual choice to experience something different. There is also selection of empanadas and other tasty pastry treats!”

“Our group of hikers stopped in for lunch after our hike in Castlewood State Park. The atmosphere was quiet, yet comfortable for a Saturday afternoon. The customer service was great! Our waitress offered me samples of the chicken gumbo and roasted red pepper and Gouda soup. I went with the roasted red pepper soup and the shore dinner with the basa fish. It was so good!!! My tastebuds were extremely happy ? Definitely worth a return visit!!!”

“Love the Malt Shop and thrilled they have opened for the season! A simple hometown kind of burger and ice cream stand, they serve up a fantastic orange freeze, root beer floats, concretes, sundaes, shakes and tasty apps and burgers. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic and make ordering a breeze once you settle on your delicious choice. There are a couple seats close to the building, but most of the time we eat in the car or take food home. Go and enjoy a refreshing treat or try the pork fritter sandwich. You won't regret it!”

Coffee was a chocolate raspberry that didn't totally wipe out that fresh coffee taste. Turnover is flakey and complimented my coffee nicely. “We stopped in here today for a little ice cream and I was really impressed. The store is clean and I liked the way it was decorated. We each got a scoop of ice cream and I was really impressed with the flavors. They were a lot richer, more flavorful than I am used to. Some of the flavors are also unique and you would be unlikely to find them elsewhere. My daughter liked the Super Human flavor, which was kind of like rainbow sherbert, and the Zanzibar Chocolate was rich and decadent. I definitely liked this place and would consider it the best ice cream in the St. Louis area. Too bad its all the way out in Wildwood.”
