“Way better food than I expected. Only had breakfast but the selection was good with hot food. All the regulars.. Casserole, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, rolls and bagels.Prepared foods such as a great selection of sandwiches, chips and drinks. Good coffee also.If you're at St Francis, might as well eat good!“

“We always enjoy McAlister's food, and this time was no exception. We took our food to go since we were passing through the area on a road trip. Everything was packaged so it stayed warm and yummy from the kitchen to our car. (Separating the pickle wedge from my sandwich in the to-go container made my day... sometimes it's the little things! The two ladies at the front were super friendly and helpful! Overall, we couldn't have found a more hospitable place to stop and grab a bite to eat. We are going to make this location a regular stop on our trip from now on!“
“We got off the 3 for me special and the food was very generous helpings. Chicken sandwich was juicy and cooked just right and old timer burger was also good. Service was a little slow for no busier than it was but all in all they were friendly and would still recommend going there. I would go“
“The Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken is one of the best salads in Cape. It is full of chicken, tomatoes, corn, cheese, bacon bits and not just a pile of lettuce that you get at many other places. The picture was taken after I'd eaten a bit so you can see all the way down to the bottom of the bowl.Parking: The drive-through can take a while, even though they are pretty efficient about it. Even if you are getting take-out, it is quicker to go inside to get it.“
“We love our Marco's in Cape Girardeau. However, I was just told that the BOGO offer could only be applied to a VIP account. I cannot find how to sign up for a VIP account. I have spent 15 minutes trying to find the information to sign up!“
“This place is always great. There are great good options, and they have wonderful coffee options. Their cheesecake is top-notch. There is nothing that compares to it and the unique variety of flavors. It is always clean and the staff have always been friendly and attentive. Great gor breakfast lunch dinner or even just a snack.“
