I really wish I could give this place zero stars, and the General Manager Lars 5 for handling my complaint with 100% profession. Unfortunately I can't say this about his staff. I have ordered the same drink(Venti Cold Chai no ice with 8 pumps) for many years and have been a faithful Starbucks customer for 20 plus years around the globe serving in the USAF, but never thought in a million years that I would get horable treatment and substandard performance as I did in this Cape Girardeau store. My first drink was half full when i arrived at the store to pick it up, then when I asked these clowns "Why is my drink this way" they said "This is what we do for no ice" and failed to fill it all the way. This is when I got the General Managers info and paid another visit to the store the next day in hopes that this was just a fluke, but unfortunately it happened again and I got Lars involved. Im so greatful he fixed the immediate issue and he promised that this would never happen again and the last few visits went well with a full drink, until tonight when I received half a drink and the substandard employee stated " this is not my problem" numerously. Needless to say that I got heated and threw my drink at this clown. It is not hard to treat your customers with dignity and respect, then you will gain your customers, not like pigs and you will get what you don't want in return.

I walk in, and no one greets me, but they’re working so you can’t always count on the employees to automatically care about taking the time out of your day to stop by. I ask for a coffee, and two refreshers, and I get the coffee automatically, about 10 mins later I get my other refresher. So far they are calling my order name every time, but about 10 minutes later they just put it on the desk without saying the order name, a mother and her daughter take it, and they haven’t even been in their for 2 minutes, and the guy stares right at me once he hands it to them. They never make my other refresher, and so now this is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, the wait time sucked, and the refresher guy couldn’t get my drinks on time, I almost missed church too.

I used to come here and get excellent service and perfect coffee. The past 3-4 times I’ve ordered my drink has been incorrect. I order both online, or the drive through and both ways I have received incorrect drinks. The service has gone down significantly in my recent visits. If I ask them to fix my order the baristas seem very annoyed. I used to love getting a treat from here now I feel like it’s a gamble to get a decent coffee.

This was by far the first time I have sat at the menu board for a very long time while no one was in front of me, or in the store for that matter. And when I got my drink, which was a frozen Frappuccino, it was literally melted.

I ordered ahead because I was in a time crunch. Almost 30 minutes later, my drink wasn’t ready. There were several workers standing around laughing and joking when the girl making drinks was drowning in orders. I’m very disappointed.
