This was by far the first time I have sat at the menu board for a very long time while no one was in front of me, or in the store for that matter. And when I got my drink, which was a frozen Frappuccino, it was literally melted.
I was so disappointed. I know they are busy but drinks regularly take over 20 minutes at this location. I love Starbucks but had to cancel the order and was very misinformed by the barista on how to do it. :/ I recommend any of the other coffee shops in cape and especially the local ones.

I used to come here and get excellent service and perfect coffee. The past 3-4 times I’ve ordered my drink has been incorrect. I order both online, or the drive through and both ways I have received incorrect drinks. The service has gone down significantly in my recent visits. If I ask them to fix my order the baristas seem very annoyed. I used to love getting a treat from here now I feel like it’s a gamble to get a decent coffee.
